19 days from the date of the ticket. The idea is to get it in time, 21 days, so they don't complain but give them insufficient time to get a compliant notice to you. As a hire car they have 21 days after the receipt of the information from the hire company

Not compliant with POFA, theyre not even claiming the keeper / hirer is liable.
Anyway they havent sent the documents, so thats another fail. |

The PCN was issued on in the last week of Dec 2018 but I received the first ticket on date 15/2/2019 and it says date of posting 13/02/2019.
The 19th day will be 6 march 2019. So I will have to post it by 4 March 2019 or email them by March 5 March 2019. is this ok? -------------------- aa

hello Ostell I am sending the following appeal that you kindly drafted for me:
"I am the hirer/keeper of the above vehicle and am in receipt of the PCN you issued. I have no liability on this matter as you have failed to meet the requirements of Schedule 4 of The Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 namely, but not limited to, failing to supply the additional documents mandated by section 14 (2) (a) of the Act. You cannot therefore transfer liability from the driver at the time to me, the hirer keeper. You have also failed to give the warning prescribed by 14 (5) ©. There is no legal requirement to identify the driver at the time and I will not be doing so. Any further communication with me on this matter, apart from confirmation of no further action and my details being removed from your records, will be considered vexatious and harassment. This includes communication from any Debt Collection companies you care to instruct. " -------------------- aa

Yes, but don't forget to mention the PCN number and VRM so they know what you are talking about.
