Hello Everyone,

Grateful I stumbled across this fantastic forum, I'm hoping whether someone can help me here.

I possess a company vehicle which is leased and after returning from Annual Leave I've got a parking ticket in my inbox (attached).

The PCN was allegedly issued on the 31st October - no ticket in the post and no PCN attached to windscreen (the photos taken don't show one issued either)
The NTK was received by my head office from the hire company on the 5th December.

My company or the leasing company pays all tickets automatically and issues a letter of authority confirming I can appeal the PCN and although the time frame has lapsed, I'm thinking the PCN is invalid anyway due to the manner in which the NTK was served?

Hoping someone can assist me?

Many thanks,

Without an agreement in their contract / handbook / whatever, that explicitly states they can recharge these amounts, no, they cannot do so. What effect that has on employment is not my concern, but legally they could not deduct this from wages without such an agreement being in place.
