Hi,
Firstly thank you for letting me register on this forum...really helpful and full of great advice.

I was wondering if anyone can help please?

Unfortunately I have been issued a PCN for performing a prohibited turn Finchley Road into Briardale Gardens. I am not from the area and was completely taken aback when it popped through the post. In all honesty, I did not see the sign nor have ever come across a restriction such as this.

I had google it after and found this https://www.barnet.gov.uk/citizen-home/park...tison-Road.html

Do I have any cause for rejecting the PCN? I've read a few similar post and perhaps the PCN and evidence doesn't stack up right? Would appreciate anyone's view on this.

The video doesnt show much more and there's no evidence of the signs in place but not sure that will help my case. I will post the PCN but it doesnt state whether it was a R or L turn.

Thank you in advance.

post the PCN and have a look at other cases at this location on the forum. Pretty sure the PCN is flawed to enough of a degree to allow an argument as to its validity but the council will not accept this so it would be at adjudication with the full penalty at risk that it would be tested

Hi,

I've posted the PCN and hopefully the video as well!
    Thanks.

    Hello,
Did you appeal? If so how long did it take for Barnet Council to reply? What was their decision?
    Thanks.
