The Advertising Standards Authority has http://www.asa.org.uk/asa/adjudications/non_broadcast/Adjudication+Details.htm?Adjudication_id=41428 in their adjudication of a complaint against the so-called http://www.pepipoo.com/index.php?page=Cheetah_booklet leaflet distributed by Greater Manchester's Drivesafe operation - including that it's listing of www.pepipoo.com on a page headed "Trick Dealers" breached the ASA's CAP Code against denigration and unfair advantage.
