Hi,
A vehicle that I am the registered keeper of received a ticket tonight from this company. The first paragraph states. Contravention- Parking in no parking area The vehicle was parked on private property in contravention of the site parking restrictions as displayed on the signage in or around the site. The period to which this change relates is the period is the period immediately preceding 'The time of issue' above. The Driver is liable for this charge. They don't know who the driver is, I am not telling them. Who will they expect to pay the charge? Is this one that can just be ignored? Dwain |

The advice now is not to ignore.
Can you post up a copy of the PPN leave dates but redacted personal information. Any photos of signs. |

Unless you live in Scotland then they can claim from the registered keeper IF they comply fully with the requirements of POFA.
Suggest you post up a redacted copy of the PCN, but leave dates This post has been edited by ostell: Wed, 21 Aug 2019 - 21:22 |

So you appeal as the keeper who has been handed the ticket so that the appeal arrives on day 19. The intention is that they carry on a conversation with the keeper without issuing a Notice to keeper or contacting the DVLA. Get to day 56 and no keeper liability.
