I got this (attached) ticket, and as you can find in the pictures, it does never show any plate number except when my car is on the move. There chances that similar car could be there. I also in my representation asked if they can provide other picture or evidence for my car parked with my plate number clear, however, their reply was with the same pictures they provided initially. I feel like I can fight this but, I thought I should consult you guys on whether I have any chance and how I can fight this.

Thanks in advance.

What you have is pictures taken from CCTV footage. TfL will undoubtedly have more than enough to prove the contravention.
What were you actually doing at the time of the alleged contravention?

If they have more than enough proves, then don't they obliged to provide them beforehand for me to accept the contravention?
What I was doing!, does not seem to be relevant to the topic here, but I actually don't remember.

They only have to provide stills which in their opinion prove the contravention, which they have.

Reason for asking what you were doing is that there are a few activities which have an exemption, but if you can't remember, fair enough.

You can ask to see the CCTV footage, either by having a DVD of it sent to you (free) or by going to their viewing centre in Southwark.

Have just had a look on Streetview

Is it my imagination or is the OP in one of the parking bays ?

He's left his name and PCN number in the pictures

You do know that street view isn't 'live'?

Yes but it's dated May 2017 so relatively recent and the PCN images do show dotted lines that suggest the existence of a bay

+1, just ask them to send you the DVD, they normally agree to put the PCN on hold while it gets sent out.

That there is a bay there is not in dispute. However, the signage clearly states that between '7pm and 7am Taxis only'.

At the moment, the only defence I can see (and it's a faint hope) is the signage - it's a long bay and the only sign I can see on GSV is about 2/3rds of the way down it's length. It appears to be compliant (even down to the "taxis only" being in a separate box) and is facing the right way but in these days of "substantial compliance" and the fact that the OPs car appears to only be a few feet away from it,I'm not at all sure this would fly at Adjudication.
Let's see what the CCTV footage reveals - plus there's always the possibility that TfL will screw up somewhere!
