Hi
I have received a PCN for driving through a bus lane. But the council have only provided photographs and no video. Is this grounds for dismissal of the fine based on no video footage was provided only photographs ? |

No as None of the legislation requires that it be online, only that you can arrange to view at a council office (for outside London) Within London there is no statutory right to see the video

The council have stated the video is supposed to be online, but they have an error with their systems , would this be grounds for dismissal ?

Probably not but becauae we don't know where this was, hence what legislation applies, we can't answer.
