Bromley Council, High st Chiselhurst. My wife dropped of some donated goods to a charity shop. Not even a minute and she received a parking fine. The warden did not have time to put fine on window screen. There were no loading bays and wondered if it can be classed as loading.

Show us the Notice of Rejection, we may find some mistake from the Council, or it could be just a fob off rejection using a template letter.
