Yeah. That’s what I thought but I was driving my works van which has now been replaced with a new model. Would they have sent correspondence to the company/owner of van 1st? It hasn’t been mentioned to my by my employer yet.
Is this just a case of suck it and see. I was driving the van, autopilot mode. Should I just fill in form and send back? Will it be a fine & 3 points? Seems harsh. This post has been edited by Bazzaboy250: Wed, 10 Jan 2018 - 21:08 |

It hasn’t been mentioned to my by my employer yet. Your employer presumably received a NIP and they named you as the driver? And you have received a NIP in your own name? -------------------- |

If you do not dispute your speed or the limit in force or that you were driving the van, then really that settles it. You will likely be offered a course if you have not done one for an offence in the last three years, otherwise a fixed penalty. All that section of managed motorway has cameras, you have to go steady and keep an eye on the variable limits.
