I did drive my vehicle down the road detailed, but I was not aware of any contravention nor did I see any signs advising me so. I did notice a camera sign but, I didn't really understand what it was for and assumed it was for speeding. I don't normally drive into the city, but had to drive as I was helping a friend transport stock to a charity fair at the guildhall and have now been penalised for it.
Is it still so that the signs are inadequate to enforce the notice, if so can I use what others have posted or does it need to be changed. Thanks in advance !

OK, looks like these are Council PCN's and not issued by the City of London Police at all and are in the wrong forum as hey aren't criminal cases.

I'll ask a Mod' to move them to the Council and other decriminalised cases forum.

You'll need as scan or photo of ALL of one of the PCN's with just personal details redacted (read the FAQ on how to post them).

Ignore the NIP wizard result as it's not fr PCNs.

You can use the draft representation I put in post 14, just change the name of the street to Lombard street and change the number of PCNs from 4 to 2.
