Hi,

Hope your all well and if some one can please help me.

On my road they are doing some sort of road work and parts of the bays have been blocked but not all. I have parked my car in a bay that was no where near the closed off bays. Friday all day my car was parked and it was fine, on Saturday as I was walking my dog I noticed my car had been moved by the council with two PCN notices slapped on the wind screen.

I also noticed both PCNs were given on Saturday one at 08.33 and the other at 09.23 both my the same parking attendant.

What is even more cause of concern is that my car now has been damaged and I was at home they could of easily knocked my door and I would of moved. I also don’t understand why Friday their was no issue but on Saturday there was.

I understand now that the ticket was given on the grounds that a parking contravention was caused under a code of 21. Suspended parking bay, why give 2 tickets why move the car? When clearly I was not causing any issues.

Please can some one help me and give me advice what to do.

I would really appreciate the help.

Thank you

As is standard on here, post up the PCN (both sides), the council photos (from the council website) and give us a link to the location on google street view (not a screenshot of google streetview). Use an external site like imgur.com

OP, pl do not post in the thread, the photos are too small to view.

Host externally and link to here. Put pics on https://imgbb.com or such like.
