Had a spare moment just now and this flashed up!
PPC doing the 'RK was probably driving' routine when no disclosure is given Can the RK be a person who doesn't drive? ( my good lady) Car is insured by the owner (me) with another nmed driver, and should i fall foul of any Police/Council regs then no problems in naming me It would be a great ace up the sleeve if they did try that on and the watertight reply was the RK doesn't drive This post has been edited by bobthesod: Sat, 19 Jan 2019 - 18:13 |

There is no legal requirement for the RK to be able to drive. Companies don't have driving licences, but plenty of them are RKs.
