Is it normal to have a camera van on the opposite side of the carriageway? What I mean is the van was on the verge on the inside lane facing the oncoming traffic in the offside lane!
With HGVs, vans & other vehicles passing between the camera & the oncoming traffic, doesn't that affect the accuracy of any reading? To add it's a busy road. I've never seen this before, always the van has been on the same carriageway as the vehicles they were targeting.... free from any obstructions! Just wondering.... |

Perfectly fine. If they have line of sight of the vehicle, then targeting it takes less than half a second. If they get a reading it will be valid.
