Back in Jan i had a letter from a PPC, which. following Ostells template, they cancelled
I THINK i may be getting another, same car park. If they refer to the previous letter, have they committed anything by retaining my details? |

Yes, no, maybe. Not specific enough to comment.
If they have retained personal information longer than necessary then that might breach data protection law.
