I can't find the original pcn I got.. and don't have a copy of my appeal letter.
It got rejected though. Should i just pay the £55 fine or wait.and appeal again after. If i lose it will be £110.
What are my chances and advice people?

If you pay the £55, you cannot appeal later, it closes the case. Looking at the photos, I reckon your chance of a win at adjudication is close to nil as a yellow line is visible near your car, plus a very clear sign.

In my defence but can't prove any of it. The sign was blocked by a van as there was no gap behind me when I parked. And I'm pretty sure the yellow line was not visible as I wouldn't have parked there. Maybe the traffic warden wiped the leaves of it.. that is all of the rejection letter the rest was just about how to pay.

In my appeal I said the sign was blocked by a van and the lines were not clear. And said about the fact there were cars also parked in front of me so it was obviously not clear you couldn't park there. And there was no clear t-bar on the yellow line to show where it started and finished. Someone else wrote the letter for me.
