Hi All,
I appreciate this is covered by the NIP Wizard but its dated 2003 so wanted to make sure its still valid. In short...... NIP Dated : 24 June 2019 Alleged Offence Date : 31 May 2019 Alleged Offence 51MPH in 40MPH limit There is a link with the photographic evidence. As its 24 days between alleged offence and NIP date, do I have grounds to appeal / request that the NIP is invalidated? Thanks Dino |

...regardless the driver nomination needs to be returned. (But there's almost certainly an explanation behind the 'late' NIP)
