Hello all,
I am posting today because I'm in a bit of a pickle of whether I should appeal, basically I've left my car parked as far as I knew in a natural place whilst visiting a friend (as you can see in the pictures posted a large majority of cars infront were also parked on the curb without consequence) but both the car and I being registered outside of London never knew the consequence of doing so. Is there any grounds at all for appeal? Please help.
