Hi,
I'm swapping from the MSE private parking company forums as they say it would be better here. Recently I got a windscreen PCN for my vehicle being observed unattended in a high street loading bay for 5 minutes. My company has an office near by, I sent a signed copy of a letter from my wife as director of the company to confirm that I was delivering to the office at the time, however yesterday a letter arrived back to say that "this is insufficient evidence for the Penalty Charge Notice to be cancelled'. I was surprised by their response. What would your advice be now please? Thanks |

......As DancingDad said above, expect a swift DNC when someone at the Council engages brain - even if they don't, an easy win at adjudication is pretty much guaranteed. Someone at council have engaged brain. But are trying to bluff. A scarecrow playing with himself comes to mind.... simply grasping at straws. |

Good news today, I just won the appeal the LA did not contest, the official reason on the TPT case file says "Attendant has logged the contravention under the incorrect location."
Thank you everyone for your help in getting this result. |

That'll do nicely.
With that reason given, I assume someone at council gave it as reason for the DNC. No matter, win is a win, well done |
