I just received this ticket. Apparently the arrow ahead is only at the traffic lights. These lights are quite some yards before the actual junction. There are no further signs. So as far as I understand I abided the signage but only later made a left turn. At first did not intend turning left but only later decided to as an afterthought.

Online ?

by email, by internet form or in any other written form.
any of them, so all forms need mentioning within the notice.

I was just asking if you had submitted online.

But you remain fixated on a singular interpretation of 'form' and maintain your determination to rub
both Council and Adjudicator up the wrong way, as far as I can see.

Look up 'scattergun' and adjudicator's attitude towards it.

I accept all the criticism and thank you all for it. I know only too well my faults. Just keep on. This is what a forum is all about.
I had sent it online.

This is what bothers me. you are no novice at this, you must be aware of adjudicators derision of what they call internet derived appeals and the danger you run

The signage can not be sufficient for this spot given the outcome in one year alone.

Please can you tell me how many Penalty Charge Notices you have issued in
the last 12 months for vehicles turning left from High Road N17 into Dowsett Road.

There don't appear to be any adjudications that support that view.

mashkiach I can only stand by my advice, I think if your only ground of appeal is inadequate signage, you will end up losing at the tribunal and having to pay the full penalty.

With FIVE signs; yup.

That media case; poorly reported as ever, with an appellant that mistakenly believed he won because of inadequate signage.
He didn't; it was clearly stated that it was a failure of the Council to produce the necessary evidence, like a a few other cases.
Gamble on that if you like at 10/1 they'll cock up again but ALL other cases ruled the signage fully compliant.
