Hello Everyone!
Thanks for your assistance in advance. I need help challenging a bus lane PCN received on Monday (Bank Holiday) 06 May. Is it unreasonable to assume that Bank Holidays are essentially quite similar to Sundays in many ways? If so, then why are road users receiving these unnecessary, extortionate, and tedious fines?! Once again, any advice or assistance will be greatly appreciated. |

Is it unreasonable to assume that Bank Holidays are essentially quite similar to Sundays in many ways? Yes it is an unreasonable assumption, if bank holidays were exuded the bus lane sign would was "Except bank holidays". We're going to need something else to fight this. Give us a link to the location on google street view, and post up the video, see http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=125502 for advice on how to do this.
