Hi, sorry in advance that I can't work this issue out myself.

I need to post a photo. What's the best website to do this>

I've read the FAQ topic "How to prepare and post photographs/images" which states I should use TinyPic or Imageshack to host the image online and insert into my post.

Tinypic states it no longer works and when I click on Imageshack, I get an error message stating my connection is not private and that proceeding to imageshack is unsafe.
