Hi
I received PCN from London Borough of Hounslow for contravention 52j. Can anyone help me if the is any chance to appeal against the PCN and win the appeal. I used to work at Heston services and always used the Phoenix way. I went back there to pick up some papers and didn’t realise that the is cctv controlling the area.
