A friend has tried to start a new topic in Private Parking Tickets and Clamping but got the message that is the subject of this topic.

Has she done anything wrong that she can correct or will she only resolve it through admin?

I'm glad to hear it's been sorted. 99% of the time ithis problem's down to one of two things:
  1. They haven't validated their account, either because the validation email has been put in a spam folder or (obviously not the case here) despite the warning on the registration page they've registered with a Microsoft email address;
  2. they're trying to login using their display name, not their login username.

Fredd
