Help please!

I received a PCN for turning left from River road into Bastable avenue during restricted hours. Usually I take this turning out of those restricted hours but on that particular day I had to go at an earlier time and had completely forgotten about the restriction. There are signs on both sides of the road showing the restricted times however, as I was so used to driving down this route, I didn't even check the sign! Another thing to note is this route has been open whilst doing roadworks (this has been going on since ai moved in to the area) and only recently the works have finished so the restrictions have been put back into action.
Any advice on whether I can appeal this ticket?

Worth submitting reps based on the last part of your narrative, (road works etc). They may give way, but don't hold your breath ! Only if the signs are missing or inadequate would any appeal be worth it at London Tribunals.

However, the PCN might contain fatal errors of content, so please post it, redacting PCN Number, car and address details

Thank you for your response. Here are the links to the PCN images. Two things I can see that I might be able to speak; 1. The sign on the left was slightly inadequate,.the restriction timings isn't printed 100% clearly. I will aim to take a picture of the sign today and post it on here. There is a sign on the right hand side of the road which is clear. And 2. When I checked the images they have of my car there were no images of the sign at the time of contravention.

We need a link to the location on Google Street View (note: not a screenshot of Google Street View, that would be useless).

I'd like to see the video but so far it doesn't look great to be honest.

The video taken by the council camera, it will normally be available on the council's website.

If the signs were visible (you could go back and check), I don't see an obvious way out of this one I'm afraid.
