HI All,
im new to this forum and I have received a PCN for stopping in a bus stop according to the PCN. The contravention was over 3 years ago and they are chasing me now? is the PCN still valid, can I challenge it or say thats the time limit has expired etc? any advise is more than welcome. we need to see what they have sent to you post all documents you have. Is this Cardiff perchance?
