Liverpool City Council sent me a PCN for one of our vehicle using a bus lane.
The PCN photograph showed the rear of our 16 seat minibus with the words "Staff Bus" clearly displayed across the rear of our vehicle.
Who employs these idiots......anyhow I didnt even appeal, I asked for the PCN appal tribunal application forms immediately.....3 months later
I received a letter stating that "after very careful consideration they were prepared to cancel the PCN on this occasion" , oh how grateful I am to Liverpool City Council..........ROBBING IDIOTS

Any vehicle with over 8 passenger seats can use a bus lane UNLESS the signs have the word LOCAL; then only buses used on registered local services can use them.

Hi Piggymalone,

I was wondering if you could help me?

I am currently fighting a bus lane PCN in Liverpool and part of my defence may be bolstered by whether LCC is still issuing PCNs with date discrepancies on them. Would it be possible to either post to the thread or arrange to email to me a copy of your PCN with all of your personal information removed so that I may compare the documents please?

Thanks.

PS. This is my fight>>> http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=63684
