I won my POPLA Appeal against a PCN Issued 6 months after the alleged 'Contravention as there was no contravention. The NTK was flawed.
LDK didnt even bother sending in any evidence to counter my Appeal.
Thanks to the wise men on here who helped.

I am now suing LDK and Lidl.
