Hello All,
i have received a PCN from Private Parking Solutions (London) Ltd (PPS) through the post. I have attached the PCN with my details scrubbed out and would be grateful for any advise of what to do next. The pictures they have provided are not clear at all and do not show a readable license plate, can they use such poor quality pictures to pursue the PCN? Should i pay or try and fight the PCN? many thanks This post has been edited by Pepipoouser: Mon, 14 Jan 2019 - 20:25 |

They have not complied with requirements of POFA and therefore cannot hold the keeper liable. What are the dates on the invoice?

Please try and post the whole of the front page, along with the back as well. Leave the dates on.

Hi,
thank you for the replies, have added a few more pictures of the front and back of the PCN. The PCN issue date was 14/12/18 and the Incident Date was 11/12/18. What would be the best way to proceed? Have they actually got a claim if they have no actual clear pictures? Jlc yes this is the first notice and im not sure if it arrived within 14 days, may have been a little later then 14 days, but it was not sent recorded delivery so how this be confirmed either way? |

Please check those dates, the 14 days can be critical.
The have not complied with POFA, 9 (2) (f) is not as required therefore no keeper liability. There are other failures |
