Oops....I'll bet Mrs Sunglasses is still there though.....

That said I'm sure some Judges would let it pass in the same way they have let Excel/VCS confusions go.

PS they sent fake docs

In other news the sun will set later today!

A plethora of claims against them would be rather nice. (Not sure how they will be counter claims as presumably they wont be daft enough to raise any more.)

DPA breaches anyone?

The government’s latest proposal on this will fix it, won’t it?

Well as it already (on the face of it) appears to be a DPA breach it shouldn’t take anything new to fix it, of course the ATA should also take punitive action and the DVLA should be monitoring ATA’s and taking punitive action where the ATA isn’t doing things right, the weak link here is the DVLA not properly policing the ATAs to make sure they justify being approved. They approved the IPC who then promptly through all the standards they used to get ATA status out the window.

If it’s true the. It’s a breach of KADOE, so a breach of the DPA, but also putting the DVLA in a position where they should suspend their acccess until their authority at all sites has been audited......if DVLA were doing their job. Of course the fact they don’t would leave the DVLA open to a claim as well by not making sure their customers are protecting the data they are supplying.
