I have received a PCN contravention 33c a lettered PCN from lewisham council dated 02/10/2020, however the contravention occurred 06/09/2020. I didn’t know that this restriction ever existed, I am also not from the area and was using Google maps and Google maps led me inside this so called bus gate. The vehicle in question is a motability vehicle.
this was on the road Manor Lane apparently near Manor Park or Hither green area. google Streetview looks like this on google map (different from what it now looks like ). https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@51.4512126,0...6384!8i8192 Do I have any grounds for appeal? I have read another thread regarding this road and exactly the same place and was advised to write a representation on the grounds that it is outside 28 days. I have attached all 4 pages of PCN below for your perusal.

Yes just let the adjudicator read your appeal read the councils evidence and decide . If you and attend could you answer intelligibly

A special thank you to PMB for writing the representation to London tribunal and all the guys who helped advice me. I am happy to say that Lewisham Council didn't want to contest the representation compiled by PMB and have cancelled the PCN.
