Has anyone on here got any exprience of the Volvo S80 - T6 (272bhp) model?
If so, any problems? any quirks, would you recommend? -------------------- Regards, Insider

Some reviews (US) here and a UK road test at this page
General thoughts seem to be that it is thirsty, may eat front tyres (280+ bhp and front wheel drive), doesn't handle as well as a Jag or Beemer and is very expensive as a company car due to its horrendous emmissions figures. It seems that opinions on both sides of the pond try to steer one away from this and towards a 5 series or an A6 Quattro both of which can be had for the same money. No personal experience but I do know that the Swedes are very good at getting a lot of power down to the road with front wheel drive cars where most others have failed. Don't know if this is of any help..... -------------------- The accident was caused by cockpit thrombosis - a dangerous clot between seatback and steering wheel ...

Thirsty - Don't care
Tyres - lol if anything like their cousins, very possibly emissions - Good, it's about time the country warmed up! I'd seen the reviews, just wondered if anyone else had any personal experience. I've tried the 5 series... and seriously considering the quattro -------------------- Regards, Insider
