At some point during this process at least one reboot of the server will be required. If (as we obviously hope) all goes well then we do not expect the downtime to exceed 10 minutes. However if problems are encountered the downtime may be considerably longer; please note that in this event the fact that the server was still working after the scheduled end time would be no guarantee that it's not about to go down again. We'll update this thread with the status as the upgrade progresses.

To ensure as far as possible that nobody loses any posts or messages that they're working on, a warning pop-up will be displayed starting from at least 15 minutes before the forums go offline. The pop-up will be displayed when you change to a new page, or refresh the one you're on. The pop-up will only appear once for each maintenance window, but will (as long as you're not using pop-up blocker software) be quite obvious. We recommend that you disable any pop-up blockers from blocking forums.pepipoo.com pop-ups if you are using the forums during the maintenance period, so that you will see these warnings.
