Still no OFR? Is there a time limit for them to serve it?

No might be worth giving them a call now. Ask only Have they issued the OfR? if so when? if not when will they?

OP, as we've got some time can we look at your reps which we've yet to see, and the response email. As regards the reps, we don't need a summary, this is not a document: you should post the reps themselves.

At present we're taking it on trust that your email was sent to the specified address in the correct format.

TfL's letter states that they did not receive reps within the 28-day period, so their cards are clear*: we just need to see your hand.

*Edit... just re-read their letter. Isn't it b******s. On the one hand they claim that reps were not made, which then forms the legal basis for serving the CC, and then they launch into a paragraph about one of 4 reasons applying.. and as far as I know under the legislation there are only 3! (perhaps it's been amended?). They're eejits and robots to boot.

Thanks neilb I've tried that one before but you cannot talk to anybody about the cases. I have just emailed them asking for an update on my case and if they are issuing an OFR and when.

We need to see the exact reps you sent and the email address to which they were sent.

This is the basis of your defence and yet we've not seen this evidence, all we've had is your assurances that these were compiled and sent as required and a summary of their contents. These would be front and centre of your evidence at adjudication, so pl post them here. There's no reason why they should not be compliant and I'm not suggesting otherwise, but you could be stripped bare at adjudication if they were not.

This is part of the evidence trail which starts with the NTO instructing the owner how to submit reps and what these must contain.

So now, if you want, you can further check where the OfR is or, rather,
if one is on the way.

The OfR is issued when, or shortly after, the debt is 'registered' with the Court (TEC).

You simply phone TEC and quote the PCN number.
If they don't recognise it the debt is not yet registered and no OfR issued yet.
If it has been, ask when.
