Back again for a little help

I managed to collect a PCN while parked in a loading bay

I thought the loading bay restrictions were lifted as it was gone 8pm and the loading bay sign was 8am-6pm

For some reason I didn't see the other parking restriction sign above the loading bay sign - must be going blind!

This bay is also in a CPZ which operates 8am - 10pm

Now the bay markings don't look correct but im trying to find an angle to challenge this PCN. The parking restriction sign above the loading bay sign doesn't fit with the times of the CPZ, is this an appeal point or am I barkng up the wrong tree?

Ive already missed the deadline for the informal challenge so im in for the long haul- any help is much appreciated

There be summat strange going on here.

Your photo shows a loading bay sign with a no waiting restriction above (though can't read times)
Streetview shows same signs (though cannot read times) and double yellow lines ???
DYLs and a loading bay cannot exist together.
So if council are relying on DYLs WTF is the loading bay up to? Though as you were out of loading bay times rather academic.
If council are relying on no waiting restriction on the bay, there is no single yellow so sign is irrelevant.
If council are relying on CPZ times, this no waiting sign takes preference (and there still isn't a single yellow)

So I reckon we need a set of the pictures taken by the CEO to see what's what. Do medway post online??

What, no copy? or save as if you right click?
Worst case, use your phone and take a screenshot.
